(via Biskero) - Today admob announced the release of three ad SDKs, including important updates to their existing Android and iPhone SDKs and a new SDK for Flash Lite.
Flash Lite SDK (Beta) – This brand new SDK will give developers the ability to monetize their Flash Lite applications. Flash Lite is a popular developer platform in Japan and allows AdMob to expand presence in this important market. In 2009, we reported an installed base of 80+ million devices with Flash Lite support in Japan. To download the Flash Lite SDK, log into your account, select the “Sites & Apps” tab, and click on the “Add Site/App” link. On this page, you can register your Flash Lite app and then download the SDK.

I finally had the time to finish 10x10™ Mobile, my last (spare-time) Flash Lite 2.0 project and I'm happy to share some screenshots with you. It's basically the mobile version of 10x10™ (www.tenbyten.org). "Ten by ten" is an interactive exploration of the words and pictures that define the time:
Every hour, 10x10 collects the 100 words and pictures that matter most on a global scale, and presents them as a single image, taken to encapsulate that moment in time. Over the course of days, months, and years, 10x10 leaves a trail of these hourly statements which, stitched together side by side, form a continuous patchwork tapestry of human life. The result is an often moving, sometimes shocking, occasionally frivolous, but always fitting snapshot of our world.
10x10™ Mobile is for touch enabled devices only and its user interface is designed to be simple and intuitive. Once finished with last details I'll need to deal with the worst part: packaging, signing and publishing to the OviStore... It will be a freebie so stay tuned!
(via Alessandro) - Rikku posted a new, interesting article on the Forum Nokia Wiki about how to Create Flash Applications with Carbide.c++.
This article explains how to add a plugin for Carbide.c++ to quickly compile your Flash project into a Symbian installable application. This solution works for s60 3rd edition and 5th edition Nokia Symbian devices. If you are interested in packaging into a WRT widget, see the article How to package Flash content in a Widget. If you want to package Flash for Series 40 phones, go and see this document about the NFL format.
(via Alessandro) - There is a new article on the Adobe DevNet mobile section from Mariam: Developing games for Nokia S60 Touch devices.
In this tutorial, I'll discuss the process to develop games for Nokia touch-screen devices using Flash Lite 3.1. I'll focus on the development steps and workflow I followed, rather than describing the game's logic. For this project, I used the Nokia 5800 as a base device for the majority of the content development work.
