On the Android developers blog was published a really interesting article about best practices for UI features and behavior patterns used to design and implement Twitter for Android:

Serge Jespers just published Package Assistant Pro for Mac/Windows. Package Assistant Pro is an easy-to-use tool that help you with package native installers for AIR 2 and APK files for AIR on Android and eliminates the need to use the command line.

A few months ago I released an early version of my Package Assistant application. The application made it easier to compile native installers for AIR 2. While it was a lot easier to use compared to using the command line the application wasn’t very user friendly. A few weeks ago I started working on a brand new version and I think you will like it!

On Sony Ericsson Developer World was just published a cool video showing off the speed and rich effects that are possible on the XPERIA™ X10 mini. The great news is that the UI software development team at Sony Ericsson is preparing some tutorials so that developers can use the same UI features!

As we edge closer to the release of Flash Player 10.1 in the first half of this year, it seems appropriate to revisit these posts.  In this post you’ll see that there are hidden benefits to using a common runtime across device platforms, some of which are not that obvious.

The result of my week long investigation is that (using the beta version) I can hook up Flash Player 10.1 to the camera; but that’s just the start.  Let’s look at how it’s done…
